Thank you for joining us!
It was an excellent time to spend with you all and meet some of you for the first time!
Thank you for taking time out of your day to build community 🙂
You rock!!
Let's wrap up the party!
What did you enjoy most?
I enjoyed how some people arrived early, but that it didn't matter what time anyone showed up because everyone was warm and welcoming :)
And I enjoyed our live DJ session because the vibe changed from work to play seamlessly, and it was nice to see everyone enjoying yummy treats and getting to know each other better.
After watching the presentation, I super enjoyed our accessibility discussion and how we can support each other in this effort to make the web accessible for all! And I look forward to this journey with you all :)
And what stands out most is how everyone was keen to help and support each other and join in the communities we have going as we build a great network of badass designers, developers, freelancers and entrepreneurs!
Three communities you can join :)
It was a mashup of communities meeting, and here's the breakdown so you can join them all, as they all offer a unique experience to support your growth as a designer, developer, and human!

Video of Hilary reading the accessibility document
As promised, here is a hilarious video of me trying to understand the requirements for accessibility 11 months ago.
I start super enthusiastic, and at about 40 minutes, I have to take a deep breathing break to curb my frustration.
Special thanks to Edgar Allan!
